You can access the Voice Drops portal by clicking the link on the navigation bar: “Voice Drops Software” or by typing http://portal.voicedrops.net in your address bar.

To use your Studio Account DFY Landline Drops Service you must submit a DFY Landline Drop Request.
There is a link to your request form on your home page when you log in, or you can access your home page under the “My Account” header at the top of the membership site.

There is no Landline Drops access in the software (portal.voicedrops.net) Landline drops are exclusively a DFY service.

You must click through all the pages of the terms and conditions displayed at portal.voicedrops.net and then type in “I agree” (not case sensitive) every time you access your account.

We do understand that this is a minor inconvenience; however, this process serves to protect you, and us, in case of any complaints and ensures compliance with all federal and state laws.

All bonus credits are added to your account by our fulfillment team within 24 business hours of purchase or payment.

If you purchase a 10k drops package you will pay only $750, but inside the portal we will track your drops by crediting your account $10,000. As you use 1 credit ($1) your balance will decrease by $1.

If you purchase a 2k credit package for $200, we will credit your Voice Drops account $2,000.

Voice Drops delivers a voice mail message to the end user by uploading a prerecorded audio file to the recipients digital voice mail server. It is possible, but not common, the the service provider's network attempts to process this action as a call. This is a provider network process confusion, not a Voice Drops error.
When this happens a blip or ping noise can occur on the phone. Sometimes it will even present as a half ring.


There is never an active voice channel open, no call is being attempted, and it is impossible for someone to answer this live since its signaling and not a phone call.
Often when this happens our system will detect it and process the attempt as an error and end the session. This results in a failed Voice Drop attempt and does not consume a credit.

It is important to remember this technology is an enhanced information delivery service that connects to a voice mail box and never a live person, and it is not a auto-call service.

Enhanced carrier services such as voicemail are not regulated by the FCC, where as an auto-dialer is a common carrier service and is regulated.

If the legislation on “Enhanced Information Services”, which is what the FCC classifies Server to Server message delivery (Voice Drops) ever changes we will immediately update our terms and conditions, our practices, and notify all our members.

If you have a DFY Subscription You can request “stand alone” lists. These are lists that are not associated with any RVM or Landline Drop service. They will be created and added to your software account or emailed to you (your choice)

If you have a Software license, but no DFY Service Subscription – No, list generation is not included in your membership.

You can find the link to these service request pages both on your Account Home Page when you log in (from the top Navigation bar, under “My Account” click your Account Type to be taken to your home page.

Alternately, you can find the links to these services under the DFY header in the primary navigation bar; hover over the header “DFY” and select the service from the drop down menu.

After you successfully load a list to your software account at voicedrops.net/portal you will be shown a results page. This video in our Voice Drops Training Course will show you how to understand your loaded list:

Lists are delivered via Support Ticket at http://getsupport.biz

After a list is generated we create a ticket for you at the help desk, GetSuppport.biz.

We attach the CSV (comma separated value) spreadsheet to the ticket and send you a notification that you have a new ticket. This is an email that is delivered to your Voice Drops user ID email from the support mail: help@getsupport.biz. The notification email WILL INCLUDE the file attachment.

If you receive the email, no further action is necessary. You can save the file to your computer and do with it as you wish.

If you do not receive the email – if you requested a list more than 24 business hours previous and have not received an email you can log into the support desk to check your ticket history and retrieve your list.

Confirmation of DFY Service AND Notification of Failed Attempts are delivered via Support Ticket at http://getsupport.biz

Whenever we need to communicate the status of a DFY Service we create a ticket for you at the help desk, GetSuppport.biz.

We create the ticket with the message and send you a notification that you have a new ticket.

This message can be any of the following:

  • Confirmation of completion of requested service
  • List Delivery
  • Results Reporting
  • Notice of insufficient information to perform service
  • Notification that the service can not be performed as requested
  • Instructions on how to complete the service (as in a split Landline + RVM combo)

A Universal Drop is a DFY Service where our fulfillment team sets up an RVM and a Landline Drop inside your account for you. 


Landline Drops are a Done For You Service that we have created to deliver voice mail messages to landline voicemail services.  It's a system we designed in-house to prevent a marketing message being played to a live answered call. 

Request forms are found on your home page (see FAQ #1) or under the Studio Services header in the primary (red) navigation bar.  Just hover over Studio Services and then select the request form you would like to use from the drop down menu.

Once you are at the form, you must provide the required information. You can request a list pull on the same form, or you can upload your own list of businesses. 

Between the Landline Drops and the coordinating RVM you cover all the bases and attempt a drop to all feasible numbers. The two systems identify which is a landline and which is a cell/voip automatically, so there aren't duplicates.

For the Landline service you select a preferred start time, drops are delivered within a 24 hour window of that start time. Delivery of landline drops are not as “instant” as RVMs so the process takes longer, so there is no pinpointed time when “all” the messages will get dropped like with RVMs, it's more spread out, so the return calls are more spread out. 

After the drop is set up for you in your account you will be notified via confirmation email. You then take over the process, you can customize the schedule and make any changes you would like inside your software account. 

All cancellation of monthly recurring subscriptions must be cancelled via opening a support ticket at www.GetSupport.biz

You must include the following information in your support ticket:

  • Voicedrops.net User ID (email address)

  • You must request cancellation of your subscription 48 hours prior to your billing date (not necessarily the date you see the successful transaction in your bank account. It can take some banks up to 3 days to reflect a successful transaction).

If you don't know your account's billing date please open a ticket at www.GetSupport.biz and we can let you know. 

Cancellations prevent future billings only.

Subscription Memberships are consumable products and do not qualify for a refund after initial purchase nor after recurring monthly payments are made.

Pro-rated refunds and refunds for services or credits not requested during any billing period will not be issued.
